Hello,

I have a steam-install of the game that I would like to run vanilla, and I have an extra install from the factorio website that I would like to run with heaps of mods.
However, both seem to be linked to the same settings and same mod folders. Can I change this?

The .zip download will from the website will give you what you want. It will use mod/save and settings that are entirely self-contasined to the directory.

I didn't realize there's a difference in those downloads. Thank you, I'll try that.
