[0.15.34] Trains can randomly crash in signals

That bug has been at at 0.15.x series and is still in 0.15.34. Latest screencap what I take is at 0.15.33.

Train can run several days without problem. But some times they just crash. First I assume that it have something to do with railway building / removal or other player related things. Anyway it does not. It happens also when there is no player activity in game. What I have noticed crashes happens mostly in intersections where I have this kind loop back trail. So one possibility is that it have something to do with situation where route will go via same block two times. Maybe there is some kind race condition with exiting & entering events what can get triggered with high speed train when train breaking point will be entered to crossing before end of train is exited? This is just guessing because I have not able to reproduce this.

Are you enabling/disabling stations on your save file?

I fixed several weird inconsistencies in train logic as part of fixing similar bug to this. It is mainly related to situations when train repaths and only reserves signals tick later, but there are some other small problems.
As these changes were too dangerous for a stable release, it is only fixed for the 0.16.
