the biters don´t attack me? If i attack one nest - all nests are set to non-peacefull and attack me?

Only aggressive behaviour you get from natives is when you directly attack them. And it only aggroes them at close range.

ah ok, so they won´t attack my factory. Only if i attack their building an i am running away to my factory.

But they are getting stronger in that time and getting nearer to my factory and then get the aggro from my towers maybe?

They develop and expand normally, and they ignore you until you attack them.

I'm not sure if turrets will fire on peaceful biters or not. It will be *relatively* rare that they would expand to be within firing range of your turrets, though - when expanding they prefer to settle in locations further away from player structures, and will typically only settle very close to a player structure if all available space near the expanding nest is occupied with nests or player structures already.
