Have actual bought copy of game, buit when I try to DL a mod from your mod portal, I get told "This account doesn't have a sufficient membership. If you bought the game on Steam, you need to connect your Steam account to your factorio.com account."

Did NOT buy on Steam. Bought on GoG.com. How do I DL mods? How do I get 'sufficient membership'??

On your GoG profile there should be an option for a serial number. Use that serial number to upgrade your account on factorio.com and you get sufficient membership to download mods.
