CORS-Error in Web-APIs

Hello,
i want to build a webtool, so we can install mods directly into dedicated Servers, but i have the problem, that i dont can access the Mod Portal API via AJAX-calls.
Why are no Cross-Origin-Headers set for an API?
The same things is the problem with the Authentication-API
