When I make a stone furnace, and place it or have multiple in my inventory it will glitch and only one will place, and the others(stone furnaces) will disappear. Another thing is when I mine the "stone furnace" it doesn't get put into my inventory(sometimes) it just disappears. (p.s this is only happening sometimes not every single time)

Placing and mining astone furnaces works for me. Are you sure that they haven't ended up on you quickbar, without you noticing ?
