I've taken a year of Spanish and this sounds like a fun challenge, with the help of wordreference.com I should have a translation in a few minutes.

Nevermind, that's not Spanish. I feel silly now . Google says it means "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

For me that feels like a deleted Start.Bat or a wrong code inside this bat
since factorio changed the startup command for a headless check this out.
