Circuit Network GUI

When selecting a circuit network signal to choose, the default gui should be a present-signals tab.
For example, connecting a pump to a fluid tank, when I select the pump to change the operating condition and click on the read signal, the default view should only show the contents of that fluid tank. Clicking away from the "present signals" tab will allow me to select any signal as usual.
For changing signals, any signals made present while the gui is open are added to the list, but until the gui is closed none are removed in case the signal disappears.
Benefits:
Use case for many signal actions (inserter to chest, pump to fluid tank, inserter to roboport, power switch to accumulator) will be a faster, more streamlined experience as no hunting is necessary to find the relevant signal.
