[0.15.30] Power pole wires show when placing in map view

Hiya,
Not used to the forums so formatting may be a bit strange but I found a bug when placing power poles from map view.
When looking at parts of the map that have been viewed at one point but are no longer visible, if you go to place a power pole near where one exists, it will draw the wire (and shadow) on top of the map.

If needed I can upload the save but it seems straightforward to replicate
