.15.29 Pause Freezing

I just updated to 0.15.29, and I host a multiplayer game with my friend. Every time I pause, my mouse disconnects from the game or something, and it doesn't respond. Other applications work fine. I could not figure out a way to unpause the game, so I would have to restart it. Please fix.
