[0.15.28] Construction robots do work holding repair packs

Not sure if this is a bug or not. I've noticed in 0.15, construction robots often go off to build or deconstruct things while holding repair packs. This results in them carrying repair packs and another item. The 2 icons used to be directly overlaid (this was around 0.15.12, I think), now they are smaller and offset, which makes me think this may be intentional. I thought I'd post it just in case. If it is a bug, I'll be happy to provide steps to reproduce, save files, etc.
Construction robots can hold both repair packs and normal items and it does render them slightly offset from each other.
