Make the "alt" key wait for keyup before input

TL;DR
Whenever you press the "alt" key, it automatically turns on or off the additional info without waiting for the key to be released. This should be changed.
What ?
Change the functionality of the "alt" key to wait for a keyup instead of a keydown before enabling or disabling the extra info.
Why ?
Simple. This allows players to be able to alt+tab in/out of the game without the additional info turning on or off.
