[0.10.3] wrong assembling machine showing in recipe

Sometimes is a wrong assembling machine showing in a recipe.
So I took a look at this, and it is not bug of Factorio, but rather bug of DyTech.
The problem in this case is, that the icon for the LavaHeater entity is different than the icon for the LavaHeater item (there are other problematic icon problems like this, it should be rechecked).
