[Klonan] [.15.x]Cannot acquire Oil or Oil products in Team Production

There are no locations to place pumpjacks in the Team Production game mode, which means you cannot produce anything stemming from Crude Oil, and occasionally it will be required. For example, in this playthrough with a friend, we were stuck when asked to research Nuclear Power. Nuclear Power requires science pack 3's, science pack 3's require advanced circuits, advanced circuits require plastic bars, and plastic bars are produced at chemical plants, which, in turn, demand refined oil products. Resources such as science pack 3's were also not provided, making this production challenge impossible. Thanks~
