[0.15.X] Factorio Fullscreen Flashes Black

When clicking onto my second monitor or alt - tabbing, factorio flashes black ( both when losing and gaining focus). Never seen this with other borderless windowed games.

Flashing black indicates that it's not actually in fullscreen borderless but in fact just normal fullscreen.
Are you using force open GL or using an ATI graphics card?/linux?

Please post your log. On Windows it is usualy located in %APPDATA%\Factorio\factorio-current.log
