[0.15.21] Mass Production 3 counter stuck

The other day I was playing and my computer completely locked up requiring a full reboot. At this point I was at 19m circuits but when I went back into the game the achievement counter was back to 18m. I have played a couple of hours since and the counter has not advanced despite my production counter for the current save reaching 19m.
The Steam achievement counter is also showing only 18,798,019 / 20,000,000

I should add that I started a new save and the Steam achievement counter has started moving again.

I would say that it is not a bug. As it progresses again.

OK but about the same file I posted? It has 19m green circuit production which is more than what steam is showing.

You have lost some of the production, probably because the game wasn't able to save it properly, but as it progresses again, it should be fine.
