Some integers (so far I see it most on 0s and 4s) arent displaying in my inventory count.

For example, here are 4 pipes on the ground

Here are the pipes back up off the ground and in my inventory

And here is me after placing one of the pipes back on the ground:

Restart the game, and it should be fixed. There are issues with switching away from the game while it is loading, and this is one of them.
