[0.10.3] wrong arrows direction on belt-to-ground covers

Already reported here, but creating another bug report to be sure.

Please note that express and fast belt-to-ground covers have arrows in wrong direction (this is true in left-right direction too)

Hi, thanks, but as I state in that topic, I solved it for 0.10.4, so I'm moving this to "Resolved for next release"
