I was upgrading my bus from yellow belts to red belts. I cannot remember if i did the splitters first or if i did the belts first unfortunately.

After looking at the belts for a little while, i noticed some of the plates were 'shifting' around randomly. It happens only on the top half of te upper belt and you have to look closely to see it. It is best seen when you try to follow individual items on the belt.
I'm not talking about items being held back by items further down the belt and it cannot be caused by that, because the top half where this happens is not full yet.

This behaviour stops when upgrading the belts before the splitter to red belts.

I have attatched the save file where this happens so you can see for yourself.

This is most likely due to the update order of the belts,
and for the most isn't much of a game breaking bug

With the belts optimization for 0.16, this issue may already be solves,
So i do not consider it worth to fix for 0.15
