Hi, I've never seen white science packs, so I'm not familiar with how they work.

I had a save game just before I launched the rocket (game v 15.16)
Opened the save game in 15.18, launched the rocket (see top corner)
I don't see any white science packs -
I read somewhere that you get 1000 white science packs with each launch.
Where do I find them?

You get the white science packs if you put a satellite in the rocket before firing it.
It takes a few seconds : it needs the rocket to get into orbit and deploy the satellite, and then voilà, they're here.

Before, there was an output slot always visible. However people put satellites in there (instead of the satellite slot, which was already only visible once the rocket is ready), thus blocking the output slot. So to prevent this, the output slot is only visible if there is actually some output.

Can anyone verify if this works in 15.18?
in the screenshot, note that 1 satellite was launched, but no science packs are present.

Also if someone could post a screenshot showing where the white science packs appear - it sounds like they should be visible in the rocket UI?

The white packs appear shortly after the rocket is launched. The inventory section disappears once all the white packs have been moved out of the launchpad.

I feel kinda silly now.

I looked, still didn't see the science packs, but I had a save game just before the rocket was launched so I reverted to that and launched and sat and watched it - sure enough 1000 science packs were right there, and they were siphoned off into a passive provider chest then whisked away to my research farm - I had put the white science packs in the request list for the research farm before I'd ever had any white science packs, then promptly forgot that I had done that!
