I recently went full nuclear and took my steam engine array offline via a switch but noticed that the electric network information display was showing 3 steam engines still supplying power. I know this is false as I have only two sets of steam engines: a 160 engine array former primary now backup power, and a 4 engine emergency power to get coal rolling back in.

Steam backup of 160 steam engines and 80 boilers

Emergency power to coal mine in case of total blackout due to lack of resources
Even when causing an intentional blackout, it shows those 3 engines still supplying power. I also tried disabling mods and loading the save. The base still functions as normal and the error still shows. The alarm appearing on vanilla load is due to modded miners being absent.

There is always an easy method to find it.

1) Split your energy grid into 2 and see which side has the steam engines and ingore the other side.
2) repeat

Sometimes things you build yourself can end up deceiving your own eyes. You think you know the system inside and out because you built it from scratch so things like this get overlooked.

Thank you for pointing this out. :D
