I suppose a picture says a thousand words. I'm not sure how this happened, I believe I did switch between the Color and Schedule tabs, but I couldn't reproduce this bug, even on the same train. Re-opening the window did fix the problem.

If you ever find a way to reproduce it let us know.

Here's the reproduction:

1. Stand next to a locomotive and open its panel (such that you get the "schedule", "fuel", and "color" tabs)
2. Go to the "color" tab
3. Walk far enough away from the locomotive so that the "fuel" tab disappears
4. Go back to the "schedule" tab and the listbox's width will be resized to be as long as the longest line of text in the list, as in cybersteel8's screenshot

100% reproducible. Happens when the "fuel" tab appears or disappears by your proximity to the locomotive, as long as you're on the "color" tab when the "fuel" tab appears/disappears.
