[0.15.16] Negative values on logistic system.

Hello,

maybe its just a minor issue. I notified today that our logistic system have negative values. I didn't see any game related issues for me.

By any chance do you have zero steel in storage and 46 in demand by requesters?

Is possible. Its a logistic system on a furnace outpost.
