who to get the missing materials for construction objects ?

I'd like to read the materials that are missing to be constructed through a script.
In game you currently see an alert at the right side of the toolbar.

The only way to know what materials are missing is to find all ghosts in the world, find which networks they're part of, and then check what items are available in the network.
The game itself doesn't keep an accurate list - the alerts you see were true at the time the alert was created but could be wrong later at any point after that.
