See title. Blueprints do not tell who placed them. Not 100% sure if this is a bug per se, but has definitely led to much blueprint griefing.

Do you mean transparent ghosts that appear when you left-click with blueprint in your cursor? If so - that seems to work in 0.15.16 at least. Both ghost and entity that is built thereafter have 'Last user' that clicked it. Same for shift-clicking to place single ghost.
