Steps to reproduce:
take half a stack greens out of the inventory
ctrl right click a machine which doesnt take greens

expected behaviour:
have the same amount of items in hand as before, like when right clicking on the ground

actual behaviour:
it fills the hand from the inventory

Not a bug.

Indeed that's not a bug. When fast-transferring regardless of it succeeding the cursor stack is refilled.
