[15.15] Crash selecting train stop enable condition

Steps to reproduce:

Load the attached save (dash.zip).
Open the nearby train stop
Check the "Enable/Disable" box under "Mode of operation"
Click the empty item box under "Enable Condition"
Switch to the "Fluids" tab (game crashes at this point)

64-bit linux via steam. No mods installed.

It should be fixed in 0.15.16
