I took a blueprint after updating to 0.15.14 today, clicked on one of the empty label icon slots at the top, selected the rightmost "tab" of the selection popup so that I could choose a number and factorio crashed before displaying the list of icons on that tab.

Note that factorio was still up but not updating anything after the crash popup. I had to force-kill it to make it shutdown.
