Pollution generated by fuels

I would like pollution added to fuel item prototype.

Entities with a Burner class inherit their pollution generation from the Burner, which in turn inherits their pollution from the fuel they most recently consumed.

Benefits: Trains and burner inserters now generate pollution.
Different forms of fuel can have different pollution values. Rocket fuel can be fairly clean burning, solid fuel and wood middle of the road, and coal very dirty.

Okay, that's something I didn't know. Seems like quite the oversight to me.

I'm all for this. The pollution trade-off for different fuel types could be quite the boon to players trying to do eco-friendly games, and for modders trying to add new fuels to the game.

I'd rather have wood also be dirty, but otherwise like the idea. :)
