[0.15.x] Game freezes and crashes when updating clock

This happens on Windows 10.
If I have the game running and update the clock, the game will freeze and eventually crash.

I don't think we will ever fix this.

This looks like it's actually fixed in 0.16 (we updated compilers and one of the fixes in the updated compilers fixed the problem).
