pasting Blueprint won't overwrite

When pasting a blueprint over any item the existing entities (besides trees) are not deleted anymore as is imho was the case before - any hint how to?
use a deconstruction planner to remove what you need to. (Red Blueprint)
If its a ghost image and not an actual item right click will clear.
