LuaTrain.max_speed: Maximum speed the train can achieve (ignore train composition, e.g. a train consisting of 1 loco and 100000 wagons would still return the minimum of the prototypes speed property)
Not sure if it should include the bonus from the currently burned fuel.

I can live without it if viewtopic.php?f=28&t=47087&p=280356#p280356 gets added
