Can someone fix logistic train network?

Hi,
it seems like the developer like to makes his mod only for elite programmers
which is not bad, and he can do what he want, but is here anybody who could make a community version?
I would like an addon or anything like this to this mod which can e.g. set an train station as provider and or requester. Mabye just one signal in constant combinator: Reuqester, Provider, Requester and Provider.
