New Hope Level 01 crash when finished level -[SOLVED]

Hi,
I completed the level New Hope Level 01 and once I get into the car with coal as fuel, full ammo and move the car the level finishes. I get the Game finished window and click the next level button and I the game crashes.

I updated to the experimental version 15.11 and got this error in a pop up screen

After uninstalling the game, including saves, and reinstalling the game it not works fine.

Not that I am aware of, using the uninstaller must have cleared out whatever was left from a previous install. I guess that was what was causing the problem.
