[15.11] Unlimited rail build distance

Note: I didn't see any previous report or mention of this in the change log for 15.12.
I'm able to build actual rail (not ghost images) way past the reach of my character.
Normal mode: Start within reach on built rail with green arrow, build as normal, continue on building from there by clicking farther and farther.
Zoom to world mode: Zoom in on current character until visible, build rail within reach of character in this mode and continue into the invisible (non-radar) zone and continue building.
