1/2. In Crafting Menu the Laser Turret always shows 2,4MW Energy Consumption, even though rate of fire might be (because of research) 3+1 or higher.
However, after placing the turret down and then hovering over it with the cursor - shows the appropriate Energy Consumption, which in 3+1/sec rate of fire would be 3,2MW.

3. Make it so Energy Consumption of Laser Turret in Crafting Menu reflects the shooting speed, so it should be 800KJ x Shooting speed incl. research bonus.

I prefer when the turret energy consumption is constant in the recipe, so it is easy to compare consumption of different things.

This has been fixed. Recipe and entity now have he same (and more detailed) tooltip.
