Invulnerable entities still get attacked by Biters

Currently, if you use script to make an entity invulnerable, biters will still try to kill it. They will fail, but you will eventually end up with a bunch of biters in a circle trying to attack the indestructible object, and not getting anywhere.

This makes it difficult to make dummy entities, or otherwise invulnerable entities.

I would request that biters would ignore invulnerable entities, AND allow prototypes to exclude health definitions/set it to zero to result in that entity being created as invulnerable.

Oh. I saw that and it reminded me of this issue. Thing is, I read it as "AOE Damage", like from a grenade, not Area attack, like the Biter Order.

Whoops.
