World gen for mods

I would like to be able to add world gen stuff in .json files, I know it can be done with lua, but It cant be done goodly, you can only do it arround some cords, not to the infinite.
In the future, we plan the possibility of lua based world generator.
Some event like ongeneratechunk could be also provided.
