No white science packs

I launched 2 rockets and I did not get any white packs are they not added to the silo?

It has to have a sattelite in it.

Yes I even after 15.11 tryed again but now 5 rockets with satellites and no white science

Could you provide a save file? Then we can determine if it is a bug or not, or how to help you since im lost now.
If it is bug you should ask a mod to move this thread into the bugs forum. But lets take a look at the save first. They would want one too.

Ok where do I find the save file have steam version I looked but could not find where the saves are

Press Win+R and enter that:
%appdata%\Factorio\saves

Take the satellite out of the science pack slot.
This is fixed in
version 0.15.11:
Tweaked the rocket launch gui. It doesn't show the result inventory slot when it is empty to avoid confusion when people put the setellite in it.
