I have a save that requires 0.15.0 to replay, but the experimental page does not go back that far. How can one accomplish replaying this save?

You can't. The experimental versions of the game are.. experimental - changing frequently and we don't host the old broken versions for long

Replay requires unavailable version of Factorio?
