Speaker sounds not loading

Hello.
Im creating a simple mod thats adding more sounds for the speakers but everytime i try to load the game with the mod its loading to 89% and then saying that my sound is not loaded i tryed to fix it for an hour now even looked in to other mods that add more sounds but I cant find any problem and the error massege is not telling me why its not loading the sound.
any help?
