So I'm a big fan of my little raspberry pi 3 and am attempting to get it to host a Factorio server. Now Im running an x86 emulator called Exagear(not free sorry) but at the last moment just realised there's no 32bit headless server any chance we could get one?

Very unlikely as 32 bits has just been abandonned. Last multiplayer 32 bits compatible version was 0.14.10, and since 0.15.0, there's not even a single player 32 bits version any more.
