(Request) Rescue Ranger

Those of you who play TF2 will know there is a gun called the Rescue Ranger. It allows an engineer to repair his buildings from afar. I'd like to request a mod that adds something like this to Factorio because it would be cool. It would act like a shotgun but only have 1 pellet and deal negative damage (therefore repairing buildings).

Hey, I'm Ludsoe Creator of MoMods and further more MoCombat. And i decided to take this challenge, and 1 up it. I have a working unbalanced prototype for this weapon that not only repairs your own buildings, but damages biters just like its team fortress counter part. But I've still got to finish the art assets and find a balance for it, before I can release it. (Hopefully tomorrow.)

For some reason the sound didn't record and camstudio refused to record above 19 fps. But you should get the point.

Why not have it use repair packs as ammo?

Repair packs arnt a valid ammo type, but you do need repair packs to make the ammo.
