Rewording "Shooting Speed" to "Rate of Fire"

What ?
This may be nitpicking, but I suggest that the term "Rate of Fire" is used in weapon technologies instead of "Shooting Speed". The latter sounds more like slang for taking methamphetamine
Why ?
"Rate of Fire" is the proper term.

I dunno, you don't think the exoskeletons are the only reason your character can run around so fast, do you?

While we're on the nitpicky subject, 'used up uranium fuel cell' should be 'spent uranium fuel cell'.

Ha, it would be kind of cool to be able to synthesize combat-drugs to give us an edge when you assault those large biter villages. Maybe there is a mod out there for that

While we're on the nitpicky subject, there should not be two items with the same name (Battery) in the game IMO.

I agree with 'rate of fire' being the term used. This would work especially well with flamethrower research.
