I have not seen anything about the ability to mirror blue prints. Was it not added in .15?

Though if you hit R twice you can mirror it along both the X and Y axis.

(top lefft) flipping horizontally
(bottom right) flippening vertically
(top right) shows rotation by 180 degrees (2 x 90 degrees)
