Throttle-able Nuclear Power to any amount

Hi,
I guess by now there are several intelligent solutions to use nuclear power even if you do not need the whole ouput without sacrificing too much excess heat/fuel.
However I would like to showcase my own solution, as I think it has some interesting features:
The Idea is to have at least 4 reactors and having them always run at once to profit form the best neighbour bonus possible. To achieve that, there is a circuit unit to check the amount of steam in the tank-block.
It works by combining a SR-latch with a timer, which means that below a certain percent of steam"fullness" (here 40%) it will start the inserters near the reactor, adding a single unit of fuel and then waiting the 200s (due to the timer condition) to check steam status again. It will power the reactors in discrete, yet continous cycles until tanks are filled above 60% steam.
I think the benefit of this approach is that you have all the reactors act as one unit and can run at full power or only the amount of cycles needed to fill up the steam to a comfortable amount. The high number of tanks, storing steam of about 6 cycles, make sure that even though the whole process reacts slowly to inputs you are never out of steam neither will you waste any. The SR-latch, giving a setpoint hysteresis, makes sure you are always raising the reactors to full power and not to single cycles (so multiple following powerdrain-spikes will get covered).
The setup is easily expandable as long as you follow the block-like setup (reactors+heatexchangers, tanks, turbines) without any changes to the processing circuit. As you see in the image, a digital display is included that shows the exact percentage of steam inside the tanks (in this case only the upper row, but tanks are interconnected) as well as a color code to make it really obvious wether or not you are running low. The required signal can easily be transferred to mirror the display in you main base or anywhere you want it.
