[15.9] R9 M275X Various Crashes

I'm using a Lenovo Y-40 laptop with switchable graphics. The Intel graphics work like a treat, but the dedicated ones really, really don't like Factorio.
"Various Crashes" might not seem helpful, but that's really what happens. Sometimes the game crashes on launch, sometimes it waits until you try and open your inventory, and sometimes it BSODs on launch and Steam pretends it has been uninstalled (All game files and saves are perfectly fine), and sometimes it just flickers a lot. One common denominator is that the startup screen changes strange colors (pure black with a purple loading bar) or has sections of randomly colored pixels. I've changed all the graphics settings to be as low as possible, but it didn't change anything (OpenGL and texture sizes included).
It works fine on the maximum settings with the Intel graphics, so this isn't a pressing problem for me, but it does seem that Factorio does something that my AMD card seriously doesn't like.
(Windows 10, Generic AMD driver 17.4.2)
