Can't cancel tile blueprints under trees

I like to pave my whole bases by construction bot, and sometimes I sweep the blueprints too far and I want to remove the blueprinted concrete tile so that no construction bots place it there, or I just don't want to see it anymore. However, I can't remove the ghosted tiles underneath trees unless I remove the tree first.

This is due to the collision box, and can happen with any entities,
For instance you can't remove tile ghosts from under oil refineries etc.

So this isn't a bug,
You can always use a filtered deconstruction planner
