Crash While Driving Train

I just started the game up and have crashed twice while trying to move a train.
1st crash.... 2nd crash.... It only happened when I was driving the train. I tried again and I could run around for a few minutes just fine, I came back to the train and put it on auto and it was fine, switched to manual and it didn't crash this time. I have to run out right now but I will see if I can reproduce the crash again later.
