[0.15.8] Map view bright at night

Maybe this works as intended, but I noticed that at night you can see on map view (almost) as good as during day. I didn't see it mentioned in release notes nor mentioned on forum.

This never changed in at least 0.12-0.15.

This is intended behavior of map view. It might change in the future.
